I understand that my monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each calendar month. After a 10-day grace period the tuition is considered past due, and I will be responsible for paying a $15.00 late fee.
At the time of registration, students are considered enrolled for the entire year (August - June). If you wish to discontinue your class, please notify the office in writing before the first of the month. You will be charged your regular tuition plus late fees until we are notified.
Please do not bring your child more than 5 minutes before class time. Students must be quiet while waiting for their class to begin and not disturb a class that is in session.
When dropping off your child, please wait to see if the studio is open before you leave. Advise your child to remain inside the studio. We can not be responsible for any injuries while on the premises or in the classroom.
When picking up your child, please do so promptly as not to delay the studio closing time.
No smoking in the studio.
No food or drinks allowed in the classrooms or waiting room.
I am aware that all policies and information concerning the studio are located in the studio brochure, on this web site and in the monthly newsletters and it is my responsibility to know this information.
